Our Team.

Berindonegal has been established since 2009 and we offer a prompt and professional Building Energy Rating service to property owners and estate/letting agents. We are registered with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) for Domestic, Non-Domestic properties and Technical Assessments (required to avail of SEAI Heat pump grants). We Cover all County Donegal.

Dean Spencer has been with the company since inception and completes domestic, non-domestic and technical assessments.

Mark Finn joined in 2023 from a background in Quantity Surveying. He completes domestic and technical assessments.

Michelle Mihaylova joined also in 2023 as Office Administrator. She ensures that the office runs smoothly and that  all assessments are completed in a timely manner.
