About us

Berindonegal has been established since 2009 and we offer a prompt and professional Building Energy Rating service to property owners and estate/letting agents. We work along with major insulation contractors / heat pump installers and Project Co-ordinators (who can access additional grants for homeowners).​

 

We are registered with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) for domestic, non-nomestic properties and technical assessments (required to avail of SEAI Heat pump grants).

Dean Spencer has been with the company since inception and completes domestic, non-domestic and technical assessments. Dean is a member of BER Assessors Association and The Energy Institute.

Michelle Mihaylova joined in 2023 as Office Administrator. Michelle ensures that the office runs smoothly and that all assessments are completed in a timely manner.

Mark Finn also joined in 2023 from a background in Quantity Surveying. Mark completes domestic assessments and technical assessments.

Paul Ferry joined in 2024 having been employed by multi-national companies based in Letterkenny. Paul currently focuses on domestic assessments.
